What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will act as the primary brand ambassador connecting top-tier professional talent with our diverse portfolio of corporate clients across India. Your primary objective will be to identify, engage, and secure exceptional candidates while maintaining a robust talent pipeline for high-volume and specialized recruitment mandates.

What you will do

You will execute comprehensive end-to-end recruitment life cycles, utilizing advanced boolean search strings across various professional networking platforms and job boards. Your daily routine will involve rigorous resume screening, conducting initial candidate phone screenings, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, managing candidate relationships, and facilitating smooth onboarding procedures.

Key responsibility

• Execute end-to-end recruitment life cycles for multiple client requisitions simultaneously.
• Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques on professional job portals and social networks for candidate sourcing.
• Perform rigorous resume screening and candidate screening against strict job descriptions and competency matrices.
• Coordinate and schedule multiple rounds of interviews between candidates and various internal stakeholders.
• Manage candidate relationship management to ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate accurate MIS reporting and recruitment analytics.

• Assist in salary negotiation and offer management while ensuring seamless background verification and onboarding.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute effectively to workforce planning discussions.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
• 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, end-to-end recruitment, or human resource operations.
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, talent pipeline management, and conducting thorough candidate screenings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in time management, organizational skills, multi-tasking, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with ATS software, MS Excel, and modern HR analytics reporting tools.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations seamlessly.
