As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Jobaaj, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment engine forward. What you will do

You will actively manage full-cycle recruitment pipelines by leveraging advanced boolean search techniques and job portals. Your daily activities will involve scanning resumes, conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating multi-round interviews with hiring managers, and maintaining meticulous candidate relationship management records within our internal Applicant Tracking Systems.

Key responsibility

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume and niche hiring requirements efficiently.
• Perform targeted candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive resume screening against defined job descriptions and technical competencies.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews seamlessly between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Manage candidate pipelines and update recruitment metrics within the MIS reporting framework.
• 
  Facilitate smooth salary negotiations and administer competitive offer management procedures.
• Drive employer branding initiatives across digital channels to attract passive job seekers.
• Conduct preliminary background verification and reference checks for shortlisted candidates.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated proficiency in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing methodologies.
• Strong command over Boolean search strings and advanced resume screening techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with active listening abilities.
• Proven capability in stakeholder management and maintaining positive candidate experiences.
• Familiarity with HR operations, employee onboarding protocols, and recruitment analytics.
• High level of organizational skills, time management, and multi-tasking capabilities.
