Junior Vue.js And Frontend Interface Engineer

What role will you play in the team

You will act as an integral member of our core product engineering division, taking ownership of developing interactive single-page applications. Your focus will center on leveraging Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to deliver lightning-fast, highly optimized user interfaces that directly support our high-traffic enterprise SaaS offerings and customer dashboards.

What you will do

You will build modular and maintainable frontend architectures, integrate complex GraphQL queries and RESTful APIs, and ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI designs. Additionally, you will debug cross-browser compatibility issues, optimize web performance metrics, and contribute to our expanding internal component design system.

Key responsibility

• Build scalable single-page applications using Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 following industry best practices and design patterns.
• Integrate frontend application views with backend services using RESTful APIs and GraphQL data fetching layers.
• Ensure high performance of applications by optimizing render cycles, lazy loading assets, and managing reactive state efficiently.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate on wireframes and interactive prototypes into production-ready code.
• Utilize Git and GitHub version control systems for branching strategies, code merging, and collaborative development.
  
• Write clean, readable, and well-documented code accompanied by thorough unit and integration tests using modern testing frameworks.
• Participate in bi-weekly sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings to continuously improve team efficiency.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
• Solid foundation in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 semantic markup, and advanced CSS3 styling techniques.
• Hands-on experience building web applications using Vue.js and its reactive state management ecosystems like Vuex or Pinia.
• Basic familiarity with backend concepts and database systems such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL for full-stack awareness.
• Working knowledge of Git version control workflows, pull requests, and collaborative repository management.
• Exceptional debugging capabilities using browser developer tools and performance profiling software.
• Keen attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and a passion for creating exceptional digital user experiences.

A Day in the Life

You start your morning by checking the team Jira board and picking up a ticket related to dashboard UI optimization. You spend the morning writing Vue.js components and connecting them to a GraphQL endpoint. After lunch, you debug a layout issue occurring on Safari, pair program with a senior engineer to resolve a state-management bug, and finalize your work by committing your code changes to GitHub.
