Machine Learning Engineer - NLP Specialist

What role will you play in the team: As a Machine Learning Engineer specializing in NLP, you will lead the development and deployment of NLP-based solutions to enhance our customer service and product intelligence. You will be pivotal in building cutting-edge models that drive business decisions and improve user experiences.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement NLP models for tasks such as sentiment analysis, text summarization, and named entity recognition.
• Train and evaluate machine learning models using large datasets, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
• Deploy NLP models to production environments, optimizing for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build data pipelines for NLP model training and inference.
• Research and experiment with new NLP techniques and technologies.
• Contribute to the development of NLP infrastructure and best practices within the team.

• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into NLP solutions.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in machine learning with a focus on NLP.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, and transformers.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
