What role will you play in the team

Operating within our management and strategic consulting division, you will collaborate directly with C-suite executives to diagnose complex operational bottlenecks, design strategic optimization blueprints, and execute comprehensive enterprise resource planning implementations. Your expertise will bridge the gap between high-level corporate vision and grounded tactical execution, ensuring sustainable growth and maximized operational efficiency.

What you will do

You will conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative market research, analyze enterprise performance metrics, and build robust financial models and process maps. Your daily routine will involve synthesizing complex data streams using advanced business intelligence tools, conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating cross-functional workshops, and formulating actionable strategic recommendations that directly influence corporate restructuring and multi-million-dollar operational budgets across diverse industry verticals.

Key responsibility

• Design, develop, and maintain complex financial models and variance analyses to evaluate strategic corporate initiatives and capital allocation proposals.
• Execute comprehensive process mapping and workflow optimization exercises using Visio and Lucidchart to identify operational redundancies.
• Evaluate and deploy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically integrating SAP and Oracle modules to streamline client operations.
• Synthesize extensive market research data, consumer surveys, and industry benchmarks to formulate executive-level strategic advisory presentations.
• Manage end-to-end consulting project deliverables, tracking timelines, milestones, and task dependencies using Jira and Asana.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced financial modeling, Excel scenario analysis, and enterprise-grade data analysis methodologies.
• Hands-on professional experience with ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, and associated enterprise database architectures.
• Proficiency in project management and tracking frameworks utilizing Jira, Asana, and comprehensive process mapping software.
• Proven ability to develop interactive executive dashboards and visual analytics reports using Tableau and Power BI.
