Job Description
What role will you play in the team:
As a Marketing Manager specializing in PPC & Social Media, you will lead the development and execution of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your role is critical in driving targeted traffic, generating leads, and maximizing ROI through strategic campaign management and optimization.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms. Additionally, you will manage social media advertising strategies, content creation, and audience engagement to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC and social media advertising strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Create engaging social media content and manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid advertising efforts with other marketing activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and social media advertising.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new ad formats and targeting options.
- Manage relationships with advertising vendors and platforms to optimize campaign performance and leverage new opportunities.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing PPC and social media advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in using PPC Advertising Platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and advertising best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data and insights effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign is a plus.
- Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
