What role will you play in the team

You will serve as a core driver for our high-volume operational and non-technical workforce expansion. Your primary objective is to build massive, qualified talent pipelines rapidly, ensuring our enterprise clients maintain optimal staffing levels across operational, administrative, and customer success divisions.

What you will do

You will oversee large-scale recruitment drives, manage high-volume candidate screening, and execute structured campus and walk-in interview events. Your daily focus will be on streamlining candidate flow, maintaining rigorous documentation, and facilitating seamless onboarding for large cohorts of new hires.

Key responsibility

• Design and execute high-volume recruitment strategies for diverse Non-IT Recruitment and Bulk Hiring requirements.
• Coordinate massive recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and structured campus recruitment events efficiently.
• Perform rapid resume screening and candidate evaluation against standardized job competency frameworks.
• Manage end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling for hundreds of candidates simultaneously across multiple assessment panels.
• Conduct thorough background verification and reference checks to ensure complete compliance with corporate hiring standards.
  
• Maintain accurate MIS reporting and recruitment analytics dashboards to track daily hiring metrics and throughput.
• Collaborate closely with internal HR operations and onboarding teams to guarantee smooth day-one transitions for new employees.
• Build and nurture extensive candidate relationship management pipelines for recurring operational staffing needs.

Required Qualification and Skills

• 0 to 1 years of foundational experience in Non-IT Recruitment, Bulk Hiring, and high-volume talent acquisition.
• Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and capability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in high-volume Candidate Screening, Reference Checks, and Background Verification procedures.
• Familiarity with HR operations, onboarding workflows, and MIS reporting tools or Excel dashboards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills suited for interacting with diverse candidate pools.
• Problem-solving aptitude with sharp attention to detail regarding compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Arts, or a related discipline.
