What role will you play in the team

You will serve as a core operational excellence specialist dedicated to transforming supply chain ecosystems and manufacturing workflows for our tier-1 enterprise clients. Your mandate centers on identifying systemic operational bottlenecks, standardizing enterprise procedures, and deploying advanced data analytics frameworks to drive cost efficiency, enhance throughput velocity, and ensure sustained bottom-line profitability.

What you will do

You will lead end-to-end operational diagnostic assessments, map intricate logistical workflows, and configure enterprise resource planning parameters to streamline procurement and inventory cycles. By partnering with client operational heads, you will translate complex performance metrics into intuitive executive dashboards and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and distribution units.

Key responsibility

• Conduct rigorous operational audits and process mapping exercises using Visio, Lucidchart, and advanced process mapping methodologies to isolate supply chain inefficiencies.
• Develop and deploy real-time operational performance dashboards utilizing Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel analytics to track key logistical KPIs.
• Integrate and optimize ERP systems (SAP and Oracle) to streamline master data management, procurement workflows, and inventory tracking mechanisms.
• Formulate and execute VBA-driven automation scripts to minimize manual data entry and accelerate reporting cycles across supply chain operations.
• Manage continuous improvement project lifecycles using Jira and Asana, ensuring cross-functional accountability and adherence to strict project timelines.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and vendor benchmarking studies using specialized market research tools and CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or Business Administration.
• 0 to 1 years of hands-on experience in operational consulting, supply chain analytics, or process re-engineering environments.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in Excel, VBA, Data Analysis, Tableau, Power BI, and ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Working competence in project management software (Jira, Asana) and process visualization tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, six sigma methodologies, and quantitative problem-solving frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, technical documentation, and presentation abilities.
