Performance Marketing Executive

What role will you play in the team

In this dynamic Performance Marketing Executive position, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, executing, and scaling paid digital acquisition campaigns. You will own the paid media budget, continuously optimizing ad campaigns across multiple channels to maximize return on ad spend and acquire high-value customers for our expanding brand portfolio.

What you will do

You will build, launch, and manage targeted PPC campaigns, social media ads, and programmatic media buys. You will continuously test ad creatives, refine audience targeting parameters, analyze conversion funnels, and manage daily bids to ensure strict adherence to customer acquisition cost and profitability targets.

Key responsibility

• Design, execute, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads platforms.
• Manage and optimize daily advertising budgets across multiple regional campaigns to ensure high return on investment.
• Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives, copywriting, calls-to-action, and landing page layouts.
• Utilize Google Analytics and platform-specific pixels to track conversion events and attribute revenue accurately.
• Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage website visitors and reduce overall cart abandonment rates.
• 
  Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to produce high-performing visual and text ad assets.
• Monitor competitor paid strategies and market trends to identify new customer acquisition channels.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Possess 1 to 2 years of dedicated professional experience managing paid advertising budgets.
• Expert proficiency in PPC Advertising Platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in spreadsheet management tools.
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation Tools and CRM Software like HubSpot or Salesforce is a strong advantage.
• Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

A Day in the Life

Your day kicks off by analyzing the previous day's ad spend and conversion data across Google Ads and Facebook Ads dashboards. You will adjust bidding strategies for underperforming ad sets, brief the creative team on new banner variations based on winning insights, and meet with the sales team to review lead quality metrics.
