Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable PF Trust Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PF Act and related statutory compliance, with experience in handling large employee bases and client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage EPF challan generation processes.
- Handle reconciliation of PF related accounts and transactions.
- Respond to PF related queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform accurate calculation of Employee Provident Fund contributions.
- Conduct quality control (QC) checks for PF operations.
- Prepare and file statutory reports
- Ensure all employee queries are answered within specified timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in PF Trust or payroll operations.
- Strong knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
