What role will you play in the team

As a Private Equity Deal Flow and Capital Markets Platform Analyst, you will drive the evaluation of investment opportunities by leveraging cutting-edge database platforms and quantitative screening tools. Your mandate is to identify high-potential growth enterprises, assess market landscapes, and formulate preliminary investment theses that guide partner-level capital allocation decisions.

What you will do

You will source and screen proprietary deal opportunities utilizing Dealogic and Eikon databases, conducting exhaustive market sizing and competitive benchmarking. Your responsibilities include analyzing target financial metrics, executing preliminary valuation screens, and preparing detailed investment memos for the private equity investment committee.

Key responsibility

• Source and evaluate incoming deal flow across target sectors utilizing Dealogic and Eikon intelligence tools.
• Construct detailed comparable company sets and valuation screens to assess target valuation attractiveness.
• Synthesize market research, industry reports, and macroeconomic indicators into structured deal memos.
• Collaborate with portfolio operations teams to track key performance indicators of existing investments.

• Maintain proprietary deal tracking databases and generate periodic pipeline reports for senior partners.
• Participate in management presentations and initial exploratory calls with prospective investee companies.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Master of Business Administration in Finance or Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Finance.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in private equity, venture capital, or corporate development.
• Advanced proficiency in Capital Markets Platforms, Eikon, Dealogic, and Financial Analysis.
• Sound understanding of LBO mechanics, Valuation Techniques, and equity research methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical acumen with uncompromising attention to detail and data integrity.
