What role will you play in the team

You will serve as an integral pillar in our private equity growth fund, actively driving proprietary deal origination, comprehensive market mapping, and early-stage target screening across high-growth technology and consumer sectors in the domestic marketplace.

What you will do

You will dive deep into analyzing emerging market trends, evaluating inbound startup pitch decks, and conducting exhaustive primary and secondary research to identify scalable investment opportunities that align precisely with our fund's targeted deployment thesis.

Key responsibility

• Conduct rigorous market landscaping and competitor analysis utilizing specialized venture capital research databases.
• Screen inbound and outbound investment opportunities by evaluating founding teams, total addressable market, and unit economics.
• Build detailed startup financial models, revenue projections, and scenario analyses to test growth assumptions.
• Synthesize key findings into executive investment memos and preliminary screening decks for the investment committee.
• Track portfolio company KPIs, burn rates, and milestone achievements on a recurring monthly and quarterly basis.
• Engage actively with early-stage founders, angel networks, and startup accelerators to source proprietary deal flow.
• Assist senior deal leads in coordinating due diligence checklists, cap table analysis, and preliminary term sheet drafting.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration from a premier institute.
• Possess 1 to 2 years of professional experience in private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or startup investment banking.
• Demonstrated mastery over PitchBook, FactSet, financial analysis, and comprehensive valuation techniques.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize vast amounts of qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong network within the startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem with innate commercial curiosity.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel modeling, cohort analysis, and cap table dilution simulations.
