Product Lifecycle Coordinator - UX Prototyping And Feature Discovery

What role will you play in the team

You will act as the crucial bridge between end-user needs and engineering execution, taking charge of early-stage discovery and rapid prototyping. Your central objective is to validate product hypotheses through rapid wireframing, user testing sessions, and structured feedback collection, ensuring that only high-impact features enter the core development pipeline.

What you will do

You will design interactive wireframes, conduct usability testing sessions, and gather deep customer insights using specialized feedback platforms. Furthermore, you will synthesize user research into actionable design requirements, collaborate with UI/UX designers to refine product interfaces, and track post-launch usability metrics to continuously improve user engagement and satisfaction scores.

Key responsibility

• Design low and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive user flows, and click-through prototypes using modern design tools.
• Conduct regular user interviews, usability testing sessions, and feedback surveys to uncover latent user pain points.
• Analyze customer sentiment and qualitative feedback gathered via dedicated usability and feedback platforms.
• Translate user research findings into comprehensive functional specifications and design briefs for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product analytics stakeholders to map out user drop-off points in conversion funnels.
• Manage the repository of design assets, feedback logs, and usability test reports for cross-functional reference.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Possesses 0 to 1 year of direct exposure to product discovery, user research, or digital product prototyping.
• Expertise in wireframing and prototyping software including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Familiarity with customer feedback and usability tools such as Hotjar, UsabilityHub, and SurveyMonkey.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks, Scrum methodologies, and project management tools like Jira.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent visualization and storytelling capabilities to present user insights effectively.

A Day in the Life

Your day kicks off by reviewing qualitative feedback submissions gathered through Hotjar and UsabilityHub. You will spend mid-morning iterating on interface wireframes in Figma based on recent user interview insights. Later, you will run a remote usability testing session with select customers, synthesizing your findings into a concise report for the core product team.
