Product Manager - Platform Integrations

What role will you play in the team:

As a Product Manager for Platform Integrations, you'll be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for integrating our product with other platforms and services. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless integrations that enhance the value of our product and drive adoption.

What you will do:

You will identify and prioritize integration opportunities based on market demand and business goals. You'll define clear product requirements and work closely with engineering teams to develop and launch new integrations. You'll also monitor the performance of integrations and iterate to improve their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize integration opportunities based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
• Define product requirements and specifications for new integrations.
• Work closely with engineering teams to develop and launch integrations.
• Develop and maintain product documentation for integrations.
• Monitor the performance of integrations and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize the effectiveness of integrations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote integrations to customers.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in platform integrations.
• Manage the product backlog for integrations and participate in sprint planning meetings.
• Work with customer support to address user issues related to integrations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform integrations.
• Strong understanding of APIs and web services.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira.
• Experience with roadmapping software such as Aha! or ProductPlan.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
