Product Owner - Adobe XD Wireframing And Amplitude Analytics

What role will you play in the team

As a Product Owner specializing in design-to-delivery workflows, you will serve as the primary conduit between enterprise stakeholders and agile engineering units. You will be entrusted with owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for our mobile application suites, ensuring that every user touchpoint is meticulously designed, rigorously tested through data analytics, and aligned with overall strategic business goals.

What you will do

You will create detailed wireframes, visual prototypes, and interface blueprints using Adobe XD, while continuously leveraging Amplitude and Google Analytics to measure feature adoption and retention rates. Your responsibilities include managing sprint goals, defining product roadmaps using Aha!, and conducting usability tests to validate interface changes before development commits.

Key responsibility

• Develop high-fidelity interactive wireframes and interface prototypes using Adobe XD and InVision to communicate product vision.
• Leverage Amplitude and Google Analytics to conduct deep-dive funnel analysis and track user retention cohorts.
• Plan, execute, and oversee sprint increments, maintaining an impeccably groomed product backlog in Jira.
• Collaborate with UX researchers to interpret customer feedback gathered through SurveyMonkey and UsabilityHub.
• Author clear, unambiguous user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specification documents for developer teams.
• Manage product release schedules and milestone tracking utilizing advanced roadmapping software such as Aha! or ProductPlan.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD and analytical tracking systems such as Amplitude.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, Scrum workflows, and tracking platforms like Jira and Trello.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to visual design details and user-centric workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

A Day in the Life

You start your day by assessing key performance indicators on your Amplitude dashboard to spot any unusual user behavior. Next, you spend a couple of hours in Adobe XD refining the layout of an upcoming checkout flow. Post-lunch, you lead a sprint planning meeting with developers, clarify feature requirements, and update the Aha! product roadmap to reflect revised delivery timelines.
