Product Owner - Amplitude Analytics And Customer Feedback Tools

What role will you play in the team

You will act as the dedicated Product Owner for core digital modules, taking full ownership of feature prioritization, user journey optimization, and data-driven backlog refinement. Your role centers on maximizing product value by leveraging advanced behavioral analytics and structured voice-of-customer insights.

What you will do

You will define sprint goals, maintain a meticulously groomed product backlog, and collaborate with data engineering teams to instrument event tracking in Amplitude. You will analyze customer feedback collected through Hotjar and SurveyMonkey to identify friction points and iteratively improve core application modules.

Key responsibility

• Own, groom, and prioritize the product backlog continuously, ensuring user stories have clear acceptance criteria and business value metrics.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to define event tracking schemas and instrumentation plans within Amplitude and Google Analytics.
• Analyze quantitative user funnels, cohort retention curves, and behavioral drop-offs using Amplitude to formulate data-backed feature hypotheses.
• Integrate customer feedback loops by deploying surveys via SurveyMonkey and analyzing session replays through Hotjar to pinpoint usability bottlenecks.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, backlog refinement, and retrospective meetings with cross-functional team members.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline from an accredited university institution.
• 1 to 3 years of progressive experience working in product ownership, feature management, or quantitative data analysis roles.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or other leading digital product analytics and user tracking software suites.
• Proven experience utilizing customer feedback tools like SurveyMonkey, Hotjar, UsabilityHub, or CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile Methodologies, Scrum frameworks, Kanban boards, and project management tools like Jira or Monday.com.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, rigorous analytical problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to product detail.
