Product Owner - SaaS Platforms

What role will you play in the team

As a Product Owner, you will take ownership of our enterprise SaaS platform features, orchestrating the tactical execution of the product strategy. You will serve as the voice of the customer for the engineering squads, ensuring that every sprint delivers maximum business value and adheres strictly to our high standards of product excellence and user experience.

What you will do

You will author, refine, and groom backlog items, breakdown epic features into digestible user stories, and maintain strict acceptance criteria. You will partner with UX researchers and data analysts to interpret customer feedback loops, conduct usability testing, and optimize conversion funnels across our core digital offerings.

Key responsibility

• Own, maintain, and sequence the team product backlog, writing precise user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives following strict Agile and Scrum principles.
• Partner closely with UX/UI designers using Figma and Adobe XD to create intuitive wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Leverage CRM data from Salesforce and HubSpot alongside product analytics to identify feature optimization opportunities.
• 
  Monitor customer satisfaction and pain points utilizing feedback tools like SurveyMonkey, Hotjar, and UsabilityHub.
• Maintain synchronization between engineering sprints and high-level product roadmaps managed in ProductPlan and Monday.com.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management from a recognized institution.
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience working in product development, software engineering, or business analysis roles.
• Advanced expertise in Agile Methodologies, Scrum frameworks, Kanban boards, and project management platforms like Jira.
• Hands-on experience with wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision for rapid interface conceptualization.
• Familiarity with product analytics and customer feedback platforms including Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Hotjar.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical conversations effectively.
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation, quality assurance testing, and release management processes.
