What role will you play in the team
As a Product Owner specializing in Scrum and CRM workflow automation, you will take full ownership of enterprise CRM feature sets and internal operational tools. You will act as the voice of the customer and business stakeholders, defining acceptance criteria and driving the execution of automated workflow solutions. Your leadership will empower engineering teams to deliver high-quality increments that streamline customer relationship management processes and maximize overall system efficiency.
What you will do
You will spearhead sprint planning, maintain and prioritize the team backlog, and collaborate directly with CRM administrators and software developers. Your core focus will be translating complex business requirements into structured sprint tasks, validating completed user stories against acceptance criteria, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. You will also manage stakeholder expectations and evaluate feature impact through comprehensive product usage analytics.
Key responsibility
- Own, manage, and continuously groom the product backlog for CRM workflow automation initiatives using Jira and Monday.com.
- Define crystal-clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria tailored for engineering sprint execution.
- Lead agile planning sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings following Scrum principles.
- Configure and optimize CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot to align with evolving business workflows.
- Design intuitive process flows and wireframes using Figma and Trello for enterprise user interfaces.
- Analyze CRM user adoption rates and system performance using integrated analytics and Amplitude dashboards.
- Incorporate feedback from internal customer success teams into the product backlog for rapid iteration.
