What role will you play in the team

As a Product Release Planner specializing in Roadmapping and Agile Delivery, you will be the driving force behind strategic product orchestration and timely feature deployments. Your core mission is to align multi-disciplinary engineering squads around cohesive release schedules, mitigate cross-functional bottlenecks, and maintain pristine product roadmaps that accurately reflect our dynamic enterprise growth targets.

What you will do

You will work hand-in-hand with senior product leadership to translate high-level product strategy into structured quarter-by-quarter release plans. By implementing rigorous tracking mechanisms via roadmapping software and Agile frameworks, you will ensure absolute transparency across engineering, QA, and marketing departments regarding version releases, dependency mappings, and milestone delivery dates.

Key responsibility

• Design, maintain, and publish dynamic product release schedules and visual roadmaps utilizing industry-standard tools like Aha! and ProductPlan.
• Identify, track, and proactively resolve cross-team dependencies and resource constraints that could impact scheduled product release dates.
• Monitor sprint velocity and release burn-down metrics to forecast delivery timelines accurately and communicate updates to executive stakeholders.
• Drive Agile governance by establishing standardized Scrum and Kanban cadences across newly formed development squads.
  
• Coordinate deployment validation checkpoints, staging environment verifications, and post-release stabilization reviews with QA engineers.
• Maintain exhaustive documentation of release notes, feature deprecation schedules, and version control registries in Confluence and Jira.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience operating within software product development teams, release management, or technical project coordination.
• Deep expertise in Agile Methodologies, Scrum frameworks, sprint planning, and Kanban board optimization techniques.
• Proven proficiency with dedicated roadmapping and portfolio planning software including Aha! and ProductPlan.
• Advanced command over project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Monday.com for tracking complex software delivery pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail regarding release governance.
