What role will you play in the team

As our dedicated Search Engine Optimization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organic growth strategy. You will collaborate closely with the content and technical teams to enhance our online visibility, improve search engine rankings, and generate high-intent organic traffic across major digital assets in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

You will conduct comprehensive keyword research, perform deep technical website audits, optimize on-page content, and execute off-page link-building strategies. Additionally, you will monitor algorithm updates, analyze user behavior metrics, and coordinate with developers to fix crawling errors to maximize overall organic search performance.

Key responsibility

• Perform advanced keyword research and competitive analysis using SEMrush and Ahrefs to identify new growth opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, image alt text, and URL structures for target landing pages.
• Execute technical SEO audits using Google Search Console and Screaming Frog to identify and resolve site health issues.
• Develop and implement robust off-page SEO and ethical link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
• Track, measure, and report organic traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics.
• 
  Collaborate with content writers to ensure published articles adhere to modern SEO best practices and user intent guidelines.
• Manage local SEO listings and optimize Google Business Profile profiles for regional visibility.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing page elements to improve organic click-through rates and dwell time.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 year of proven hands-on experience in executing successful SEO campaigns.
• Proficiency in industry-standard SEO and analytics platforms including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Working knowledge of Content Management Systems primarily WordPress, Shopify, and basic HTML/CSS.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict monthly targets.

Your typical day begins with reviewing key performance indicators on Google Analytics and Google Search Console to check overnight ranking fluctuations. You will then spend time conducting keyword research for upcoming blog posts, reviewing technical crawl errors with the web development team, and finalizing a monthly organic growth progress report for upper management.
