What role will you play in the team

As our Search Engine Optimization Strategist, you will act as the driving force behind our organic growth initiatives. You will take ownership of our complete search engine landscape, orchestrating campaigns that significantly enhance our digital footprint, drive qualified organic traffic, and maximize return on investment across competitive metropolitan markets.

What you will do

You will conduct exhaustive website audits, perform deep keyword research, and execute advanced on-page and off-page optimization tactics. By collaborating closely with our content and web development teams, you will ensure technical site health, optimize content architecture, and continuously refine our organic search strategies to adapt to evolving search engine algorithms.

Key responsibility

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility across major search engines.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments to identify high-value opportunities.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site architecture issues, crawl errors, and page speed bottlenecks.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and landing pages to align with targeted keyword clusters and user intent.
• Build high-quality, authoritative backlinks through ethical outreach, digital PR, and strategic guest blogging initiatives.
• 
  Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Collaborate with copywriters and content creators to produce SEO-optimized articles, blogs, and landing page content.
• Stay updated with the latest algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging search behaviors to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of hands-on experience executing successful SEO campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep proficiency in industry-standard SEO and analytics tools including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of technical SEO elements, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and schema markup implementation.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Shopify, and Drupal for seamless on-page updates.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets, traffic patterns, and conversion metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and outreach.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting strict performance deadlines and targets.

You then collaborate with the content writing squad to review newly drafted articles for keyword optimization before conducting a technical audit of a newly launched landing page to ensure seamless indexing and optimal site performance.
