What role will you play in the team

You will play an instrumental role in shaping our employer brand and driving strategic campus recruitment initiatives to onboard exceptional entry-level talent. In this capacity, you will bridge the gap between academic institutions and corporate requirements, ensuring a steady influx of high-potential candidates while strengthening our market presence as an employer of choice across India.

What you will do

You will spearhead university relations, plan and execute large-scale campus hiring drives, manage pre-placement talks, administer candidate assessments, and oversee the transition of selected graduates into our onboarding pipelines. Furthermore, you will collaborate with marketing and HR operations teams to curate compelling employer branding campaigns across digital and physical mediums.

Key responsibility

• Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruitment strategies targeting premier educational institutions nationwide.
• Build and sustain long-term strategic relationships with university placement cells and academic leadership.
• Design, plan, and execute high-volume campus hiring drives and virtual recruitment melas.
• Administer technical and aptitude screenings to evaluate prospective graduate candidates effectively.
• Coordinate panel schedules and oversee smooth interview coordination during intensive hiring drives.
• Manage employer branding campaigns across social media channels and campus portals to attract top talent.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding, background verification, and reference checks for all campus hires.
• 
  Analyze recruitment metrics from past campus seasons to improve future talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to determine annual entry-level workforce quotas.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives aimed at integrating fresh graduates seamlessly into the corporate culture.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Personnel Management, or MBA.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience specializing in campus recruitment and employer branding.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, bulk hiring, and graduate talent pipeline management.
• Advanced communication, relationship building, and public speaking competencies.
• Proficiency in organizing large-scale corporate events and virtual recruitment software.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment analytics and MIS reporting.
• Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with onboarding workflows, background verification, and HR compliance standards.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
