What role will you play in the team

As a Senior Executive Talent Sourcing, you will serve as a specialized talent hunter within our high-growth human resources division. You will be instrumental in mapping industry talent landscapes, executing complex executive search assignments, and building formidable talent pipelines for mission-critical corporate leadership and technical roles across India.

What you will do

You will leverage sophisticated sourcing strategies, deploy advanced boolean logic queries, and utilize professional networking databases to identify passive and active candidates. You will conduct rigorous initial competency assessments, manage high-touch candidate relationships, facilitate detailed interview coordination, and collaborate closely with recruitment managers to optimize hiring velocity and candidate quality.

Key responsibility

• Drive proactive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline management for niche technical and executive mandates.
• Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategy and recruitment planning initiatives with department heads.
• Deploy advanced boolean search strings and execute targeted headhunting campaigns across industry verticals.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and preliminary technical or behavioral interviews.
• Manage end-to-end interview coordination, scheduling, and structured feedback collection from interviewers.
• Enhance candidate relationship management to maintain high engagement and superior candidate experience scores.
• 
  Facilitate offer management, execute salary negotiation strategies, and support background verification processes.
• Contribute to employer branding strategies and analyze recruitment analytics for continuous process improvement.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• 1 to 2 years of proven corporate experience in talent sourcing, executive search, or specialized recruitment.
• Deep expertise in boolean search, full cycle recruiting, candidate screening, and talent pipeline management.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, relationship building, and stakeholder management competencies.
• Strong command over time management, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in utilizing various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR databases.
• Demonstrated ability to handle bulk hiring or specialized lateral hiring campaigns effectively.
