Senior Node.js Developer

What role will you play in the team: As a Senior Node.js Developer, you'll lead the development of server-side logic, API integrations, and database management for scalable and performant applications. You will mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards.

What you will do: You will design, develop, and maintain efficient and reusable server-side components. You'll participate in architectural design and technology selection, contributing to the overall system design and scalability.

Key Responsibility:

• Design and develop scalable and efficient Node.js applications.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications.
• Manage and optimize databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Node.js development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express.js).
• Experience with database systems (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
