Senior Product Owner

What role will you play in the team

As a Senior Product Owner, you will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from ideation to deployment. You will lead strategic roadmap planning, mentor junior team members, and align technical delivery with overarching business goals for our enterprise software solutions.

What you will do

You will drive feature prioritization, manage stakeholder expectations, and define high-level product strategies. Your responsibilities include utilizing Aha! and ProductPlan for roadmap visualization, leveraging Salesforce and HubSpot for CRM integration insights, and driving data-informed decisions using Amplitude and Mixpanel.

Key responsibility

• Own and execute the end-to-end product roadmap using advanced roadmapping tools like Aha! and ProductPlan.
• Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business development, and engineering squads to communicate product vision.
• Manage and groom the product backlog, ensuring all user stories are well-defined, estimated, and aligned with release goals.
• Integrate CRM insights from Salesforce and HubSpot to tailor product features for enterprise customer segments.
• Drive user adoption and feature engagement by analyzing deep behavioral datasets using Amplitude and Mixpanel.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for every product release, monitoring post-launch performance against predefined benchmarks.
  
• Mentor and guide associate product managers on Agile best practices, backlog grooming, and stakeholder management.
• Conduct user interviews, beta testing programs, and feedback sessions utilizing SurveyMonkey and UsabilityHub to refine product experiences.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of rigorous experience in product management, feature ownership, or technical project leadership.
• Expert-level proficiency in Agile Methodologies, Scrum scaling, and Kanban process optimization.
• Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com.
• Demonstrated mastery in using product roadmapping software such as Aha! and ProductPlan.
• Strong technical understanding of CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot and their integration with product features.
• Advanced analytical skills utilizing product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities with a proven track record of successful product launches.
