Job Description
What role will you play in the team: As the Senior SEO Strategist, you will lead our SEO efforts, developing and executing comprehensive strategies to improve organic visibility and drive targeted traffic to our websites. You'll work closely with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all platforms.
What you will do: You will conduct in-depth keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will oversee on-page and off-page optimization, implement technical SEO enhancements, and monitor performance metrics to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibility:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve website crawlability and indexability.
- Oversee on-page optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, and content optimization.
- Manage off-page optimization efforts, including link building and social media promotion.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior SEO team members.
- Develop and present SEO performance reports to stakeholders.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of success.
- Expert proficiency in SEO Tools, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
- In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, including schema markup and website architecture.
- Experience with Content Management Systems, WordPress, Drupal, Shopify.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with link building strategies and techniques.
- Familiarity with international SEO best practices.

A Day in the Life: A typical day involves diving deep into website analytics, performing technical SEO audits, strategizing content opportunities, and collaborating with the development team to implement SEO fixes.
