What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in our management consulting division by driving enterprise-wide process mapping and operational efficiency initiatives. Your primary focus will be designing, evaluating, and documenting complex business workflows using advanced visualization frameworks to align strategic growth targets with daily operational execution across major corporate accounts.

What you will do

You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional leadership teams to conduct comprehensive workflow assessments, identify operational bottlenecks, and re-engineer business processes. You will translate strategic management objectives into structured functional diagrams, standard operating procedures, and optimized execution frameworks using industry-standard tools.

Key responsibility

• Lead end-to-end enterprise process mapping, discovery workshops, and stakeholder interviews to document current-state operational workflows.
• Design detailed future-state process architectures and swimlane diagrams utilizing Visio and Lucidchart to ensure seamless operational transitions.
• Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify process redundancies, compliance gaps, and strategic optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management consultants to formulate actionable transformation roadmaps and implementation strategies for corporate clients.
  
• Maintain comprehensive repository documentation of business processes, data flow architectures, and standard operating procedures.
• Facilitate change management training sessions and workshops for client teams to ensure high adoption rates of newly mapped processes.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related quantitative discipline from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated expertise in Process Mapping, Visio, Lucidchart, and advanced project documentation frameworks.
• Strong foundational knowledge of project management methodologies, Jira, and Asana for tracking transformation milestones.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities with proven experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative market research and operational gap analyses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to present complex strategic concepts to senior executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure consulting environments, managing multiple deliverables simultaneously with strict attention to detail.
