What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role within our strategic management consulting practice, driving complex business transformations and operational excellence initiatives for enterprise clients across India. Your expertise in process mapping and enterprise resource planning will directly influence organizational restructuring, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making frameworks.

What you will do

You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to diagnose operational bottlenecks, formulate targeted intervention strategies, and oversee end-to-end execution of enterprise transformation roadmaps. Your day-to-day involves conducting deep-dive operational assessments, orchestrating cross-functional workshops, and translating high-level business goals into structured, measurable execution plans supported by robust data models.

Key responsibility

• Lead comprehensive business process re-engineering initiatives by conducting detailed workflow analysis and stakeholder interviews across multiple client departments.
• Design, document, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows utilizing advanced process mapping methodologies and specialized enterprise charting frameworks.
• Evaluate existing enterprise architecture and legacy systems to formulate strategic recommendations for seamless ERP systems and SAP integration.
• Establish rigorous project governance frameworks, managing end-to-end timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies using Jira and Asana.
  
• Develop detailed financial cost-benefit models and operational scorecards to track transformation ROI and operational efficiency gains.
• Facilitate executive-level alignment sessions and present strategic roadmap updates, milestone achievements, and risk mitigation plans to C-suite stakeholders.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in enterprise transformation, business process re-engineering, and strategic management consulting engagements.
• Advanced proficiency in process mapping tools including Visio and Lucidchart, alongside comprehensive working knowledge of ERP Systems, SAP, and Oracle environments.
• Expertise in project management frameworks and tracking software, specifically Jira and Asana, ensuring precise milestone delivery.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex operational datasets into actionable strategic frameworks and clear visual presentations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven capability to facilitate high-stakes client workshops and influence executive decision-making.
