What you will do

You will execute in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking using advanced tools like Qualtrics and Nielsen, synthesize market dynamics, and build rigorous financial models in Excel. You will also oversee ERP systems implementations, coordinate with SAP and Oracle consultants, track strategic milestones using Asana, and deliver compelling insights that empower executive boards to make informed, high-stakes corporate decisions.

Key responsibility

• Formulate and execute comprehensive enterprise transformation strategies aligned with long-term corporate vision and market positioning objectives.
• Construct complex financial models, discounted cash flow valuations, and scenario analyses in Excel to evaluate strategic investment opportunities.
• Execute rigorous market research, consumer behavior studies, and competitive landscape analysis utilizing Qualtrics, Nielsen, and industry-specific intelligence databases.
• Partner with ERP systems specialists to oversee SAP and Oracle integration projects, ensuring seamless data migration and minimized operational disruption.
• Monitor strategic project portfolios, resource allocation, and timeline adherence using collaborative platforms like Asana and Jira.
  
• Prepare executive-ready briefing decks, strategic reports, and board-level presentations detailing transformation progress and financial performance metrics.
• Identify emerging market trends, regulatory shifts, and technological disruptions to proactively advise clients on strategic pivoting and risk mitigation.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Master's degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) specializing in Strategy, Finance, or Operations from a premier business school.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, SAP, Oracle ERP systems, Qualtrics, Nielsen, and project tracking software like Asana.
• Deep comprehension of corporate finance, strategic consulting frameworks, organizational change management, and market research methodologies.
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on professional experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or enterprise transformation advisory roles.
• Superior analytical, quantitative, and qualitative research skills with meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills necessary for engaging with C-level executives and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
