What role will you play in the team

As a Strategic Growth and Market Intelligence Advisor, you will serve as a core pillar within our management consulting division. You will orchestrate deep-dive market assessments, synthesize complex consumer behavior data, and formulate high-impact corporate expansion strategies for multinational enterprise clients operating across rapidly evolving South Asian economic sectors.

What you will do

You will lead end-to-end quantitative and qualitative market research initiatives, design comprehensive customer feedback pipelines, and construct dynamic financial forecast models. Your daily focus will involve converting disparate industry data points into actionable strategic blueprints, advising executive leadership teams on competitive positioning, and optimizing enterprise-wide resource allocation frameworks to maximize capital efficiency.

Key responsibility

• Design, execute, and analyze advanced quantitative and qualitative research campaigns utilizing professional market research tools to identify emerging industry verticals and shifting consumer trends.
• Build, validate, and stress-test complex financial modeling structures to evaluate the commercial viability of proposed corporate mergers, acquisitions, and organic expansion initiatives.
• Deploy sophisticated survey methodologies using Qualtrics and analyze brand health metrics sourced through Nielsen panels to benchmark client market share against direct competitors.

  Synthesize large-scale datasets into executive-ready presentation decks that clearly articulate strategic risks, operational bottlenecks, and projected return on investment metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functional with internal consulting squads to align market intelligence findings with broader enterprise transformation roadmaps and long-term business objectives.
• Establish standardized Key Performance Indicators and tracking dashboards to monitor the post-implementation success of strategic recommendations provided to client stakeholders.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a closely related quantitative management discipline from a top-tier academic institution.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of professional experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, management advisory, or rigorous market research environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced Financial Modeling, Excel functions, data manipulation techniques, and enterprise data analysis toolkits.
