What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role within our strategic consulting division by driving complex corporate transformation initiatives for leading enterprises across India. Your primary objective will be to bridge the gap between high-level executive strategy and rigorous operational execution, ensuring strategic alignment across all business units while steering organizations toward sustainable financial growth, operational excellence, and competitive market positioning.

What you will do

You will conduct exhaustive market research, analyze macroeconomic trends, and dissect internal enterprise metrics to formulate actionable strategic roadmaps. Working closely with C-suite stakeholders, you will deploy advanced financial models and process mapping techniques to identify structural bottlenecks, redesign organizational workflows, and oversee the seamless implementation of large-scale change management programs.

Key responsibility

• Lead comprehensive enterprise-wide market research initiatives utilizing advanced qualitative and quantitative tools to identify emerging industry trends, competitive threats, and untapped growth opportunities.
• Develop robust financial models, discounted cash flow valuations, and profitability forecasts to evaluate the economic viability of prospective mergers, acquisitions, and organic expansion strategies.

  Construct intricate process maps and workflow blueprints utilizing Visio and Lucidchart to visualize operational inefficiencies and streamline cross-functional operational frameworks.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership to architect long-term strategic plans, corporate restructuring frameworks, and scalable business operating models.
• Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies, facilitating stakeholder workshops and alignment sessions to drive organization-wide adoption of new corporate policies.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators and strategic milestones using advanced data visualization platforms, delivering actionable insights to executive boards.

Required Qualification and Skills

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline from a premier institution. Essential technical competencies include absolute mastery of Financial Modeling, advanced Excel macros and VBA scripting, and proficiency in business process documentation tools like Visio and Lucidchart. Candidates should exhibit exceptional command over market research methodologies and data analysis platforms including Qualtrics and Nielsen. Furthermore, applicants must demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management capabilities, rigorous analytical thinking, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the capacity to synthesize ambiguous business problems into structured, executable frameworks under tight deadlines.
