Strategic Management Consultant - Corporate Transformation

What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role within our strategic consulting division, partnering directly with executive leadership to design, plan, and execute large-scale corporate transformation initiatives, operational turnarounds, and enterprise-wide strategic growth roadmaps across diverse industry verticals in India.

What you will do

You will drive rigorous market research, conduct comprehensive financial modeling, synthesize complex data sets into actionable business insights, design robust process optimization frameworks, and collaborate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic enterprise mandates.

Key responsibility

• Lead end-to-end strategic consulting engagements from scoping and diagnostic phases to final recommendation and implementation.
• Develop detailed financial models, business valuation analyses, and scenario forecasts using advanced Excel and VBA.
• Design enterprise process maps, operational workflows, and organizational restructuring blueprints using Visio and Lucidchart.
• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify operational bottlenecks, cost-reduction opportunities, and revenue enhancement vectors.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, deliver high-impact executive presentations, and manage client communications throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with project management offices to track milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to strategic delivery timelines.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Modeling, Excel, VBA, and advanced Data Analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, and industry-standard ERP Systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong command over Market Research Tools, qualitative analytics via Qualtrics, and business intelligence dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Exceptional project management capabilities with practical experience utilizing Jira, Asana, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of stakeholder management and executive presentation delivery.
