What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role within our strategic management consulting practice, driving high-impact corporate transformation initiatives for leading enterprises across India. Your primary objective will be to bridge the gap between high-level executive vision and tactical operational execution, utilizing advanced analytical frameworks, financial modeling, and process re-engineering techniques to optimize organizational performance, accelerate revenue growth, and ensure long-term competitive advantage in rapidly evolving market landscapes.

What you will do

You will collaborate closely with C-suite executives and cross-functional leadership teams to diagnose complex business bottlenecks, formulate robust strategic roadmaps, and implement enterprise-wide structural changes. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting rigorous market research, synthesizing large volumes of operational data, designing scalable business architectures, and monitoring the successful deployment of strategic transformation milestones across diverse client organizations.

Key responsibility

• Lead comprehensive enterprise diagnostic assessments to identify structural inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, and untapped market growth opportunities for major corporate clients.
• Develop sophisticated financial models, discounted cash flow valuations, and ROI projections to evaluate the financial viability of strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions.
• Design and execute end-to-end process mapping exercises using industry-standard tools like Visio and Lucidchart to streamline workflows and eliminate operational redundancies.
• Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative market research data to deliver actionable insights regarding competitive positioning, industry trends, and consumer behavior.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive alignment sessions to secure buy-in for large-scale organizational change management and structural transformation programs.
  
• Oversee the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) recommendations and governance frameworks to ensure seamless cross-departmental collaboration and accountability.
• Establish robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboard tracking mechanisms utilizing Tableau and Power BI to measure the ongoing success of strategic interventions.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Possess a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, Finance, or a closely related quantitative discipline from a tier-1 academic institution.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or internal strategic planning roles within fast-paced industries.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Financial Modeling, Microsoft Excel (including VBA for macro automation), and enterprise-level data analysis techniques.
• Exhibit hands-on expertise with business intelligence and data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI, for executive reporting.
• Showcase deep familiarity with Process Mapping methodologies and tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, and structured project management frameworks.
• Possess exceptional stakeholder management, strategic communication, and executive presentation skills with a proven track record of influencing senior leadership.
