What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in driving complex strategic management consulting initiatives for our tier-1 enterprise clients across India. As a core member of the strategy team, you will bridge the gap between high-level corporate goals and tactical execution, leveraging advanced analytical frameworks, financial modeling, and process optimization techniques to deliver measurable business transformation and sustainable enterprise growth.

What you will do

You will work directly with C-suite executives to diagnose intricate business challenges, architect robust market entry strategies, and restructure operational workflows. Your daily focus will involve synthesizing massive datasets into actionable strategic roadmaps, conducting comprehensive competitive benchmarking, and designing future-state enterprise operating models that significantly enhance bottom-line performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibility

• Lead end-to-end strategic management consulting engagements from scoping and diagnostic phases to final executive presentation delivery.
• Develop sophisticated financial models and valuation frameworks using Excel and VBA to evaluate corporate restructuring and M&A opportunities.
• Perform exhaustive market research and industry trend analysis utilizing specialized market research tools and consumer insights platforms.
• Design detailed process mapping documentation, workflows, and enterprise architectures using Visio and Lucidchart to identify operational bottlenecks.
• Formulate data-driven strategic recommendations for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional client stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment on project deliverables, timelines, and strategic milestones.

• Establish robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and balanced scorecards to track the successful execution of corporate strategic plans.
• Manage project workstreams efficiently using project management methodologies and tracking tools like Jira and Asana.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Possess a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategy, Economics, or a closely related quantitative discipline from a premier institution.
• Demonstrate hands-on professional expertise in advanced Financial Modeling, Excel, and VBA for complex corporate valuation and forecasting.
• Exhibit strong command over Data Analysis techniques and business intelligence visualization platforms including Tableau and Power BI.
• Showcase proven experience in executing comprehensive Market Research Tools, Qualtrics, and industry-standard analytics frameworks.
• Display advanced proficiency in Process Mapping, Visio, and Lucidchart for operational workflow redesign and enterprise restructuring.
• Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of creating impactful executive slide decks.
• Possess strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics with ease.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of corporate strategy formulation, change management, and strategic management consulting best practices.

A Day in the Life

Your day begins with a morning briefing with the senior engagement partner to review project deliverables and align on key client expectations. You then spend the late morning leading a data synthesis workshop, utilizing Tableau and Excel to analyze client operational metrics. After lunch, you facilitate a process mapping session using Visio to optimize supply chain workflows, followed by drafting strategic recommendations for an upcoming C-suite presentation deck.
