What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in driving corporate strategy and operational transformation for our premier enterprise clients. As a Strategic Management Consultant, you will bridge the gap between high-level executive vision and tactical execution. Your mandate involves diagnosing complex organizational challenges, structuring ambiguous business problems, and designing scalable solutions that optimize operational efficiency, enhance profitability, and accelerate enterprise-wide strategic growth initiatives across diverse market segments.

What you will do

You will lead end-to-end strategic initiatives by designing rigorous financial models, conducting deep-dive market research, and performing comprehensive data analysis. You will collaborate directly with C-suite executives to formulate growth roadmaps, streamline enterprise resource planning, and evaluate M&A opportunities. Additionally, you will facilitate cross-functional workshops, design comprehensive process maps, and present actionable strategic insights that empower stakeholders to make informed, data-driven business decisions.

Key responsibility

• Develop sophisticated financial models and dynamic forecasting dashboards using advanced Excel, VBA, and Power BI to evaluate strategic investment opportunities and operational performance metrics.
• Execute comprehensive market research and competitor benchmarking analyses utilizing industry-standard tools to identify emerging trends, market gaps, and potential expansion vectors.
• Spearheaded enterprise process mapping and workflow re-engineering initiatives utilizing Visio and Lucidchart to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize operational efficiency.
• Oversee strategic project execution tracking via Jira and Asana, ensuring cross-functional alignment, strict adherence to timelines, and optimal resource allocation.
• 
  Evaluate existing ERP systems, SAP, and Oracle infrastructures to recommend structural enhancements that support seamless organizational scaling and digital transformation.
• Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative datasets into executive-ready presentation decks that articulate clear strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualification and Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline from a tier-1 academic institution.
Demonstrated expertise in advanced Financial Modeling, Excel, VBA, and data visualization tools including Tableau and Power BI.
Proficiency in deploying enterprise-level ERP Systems, SAP, and Oracle frameworks for strategic corporate governance.
Extensive hands-on experience utilizing Project Management platforms such as Jira and Asana for tracking complex deliverables.
Strong command over Process Mapping frameworks using Visio, Lucidchart, and advanced Market Research Tools.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership capabilities with a proven track record of stakeholder management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for executive-level presentations and strategic negotiations.
