What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in driving corporate restructuring, enterprise-wide process mapping, and strategic business transformation initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you will diagnose operational bottlenecks, formulate data-driven strategic interventions, and implement scalable optimization frameworks that directly impact enterprise profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term competitive market advantage across diverse industry verticals in India.

What you will do

You will lead comprehensive operational audits, facilitate cross-functional strategy workshops, and deploy advanced process mapping techniques using Visio and Lucidchart. Your responsibilities include analyzing complex operational datasets through Excel and Power BI, evaluating enterprise resource planning workflows, designing robust performance metric dashboards, and presenting actionable strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibility

• Conduct rigorous operational audits and workflow analysis across multiple enterprise departments to identify strategic inefficiencies and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develop detailed process mapping documentation, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks utilizing Visio, Lucidchart, and advanced project management methodologies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to design comprehensive corporate restructuring plans, business expansion roadmaps, and strategic change management initiatives.
• Analyze large volumes of operational and financial data using Excel, SQL, and Power BI to derive actionable strategic insights and track project KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end strategic consulting engagements, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and budgeted deliverables.
  
• Facilitate leadership workshops and strategic alignment sessions to secure buy-in for major organizational transformation projects and operational pivots.
• Establish robust continuous improvement mechanisms, deploying Lean and Six Sigma principles to streamline enterprise workflows and elevate operational standards.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline from a tier-1 or tier-2 institution.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Visio, Lucidchart, and structured enterprise project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Deep understanding of strategic management frameworks, process mapping techniques, corporate finance principles, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or corporate operations roles.
• Exceptional analytical aptitude with a proven ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear executive presentations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving orientation, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced corporate consulting environments.
