What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in our strategic consulting team by driving rigorous financial modeling, operational process mapping, and comprehensive market research. Your core objective is to synthesize complex data into actionable corporate strategy insights, partnering directly with senior leadership to optimize business processes, evaluate enterprise risk, and execute high-impact transformation initiatives across diverse industry portfolios in India.

What you will do

You will actively design and execute complex financial models, build dynamic dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, and deploy advanced Excel and VBA macros to automate business reporting. Furthermore, you will facilitate cross-functional alignment by utilizing project management methodologies, maintaining Jira trackers, conducting deep-dive market research, and delivering polished strategic presentations that shape client expansion roadmaps and operational efficiencies.

Key responsibility

• Develop and maintain robust financial modeling frameworks and business valuation models to support strategic mergers, acquisitions, and organic growth initiatives.
• Execute advanced data analysis and synthesize large datasets using Excel, VBA, and SQL to identify cost-optimization opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Design intuitive, real-time executive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau for continuous performance monitoring and KPI tracking.
• Conduct exhaustive market research using industry-standard tools and databases to evaluate competitive landscapes and benchmark client positioning.
• Map existing business processes and operational workflows utilizing Visio and Lucidchart, identifying bottlenecks and recommending streamlined structural improvements.
• Collaborate with enterprise resource planning teams to audit SAP and Oracle systems for data integrity and operational synchronization.

• Manage consulting project deliverables, tracking timelines and dependencies meticulously through Jira and Asana project management platforms.
• Draft comprehensive strategic consulting reports and executive summaries outlining actionable insights derived from rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related quantitative management discipline.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 0 to 1 years of hands-on corporate experience in strategic consulting, management analysis, or rigorous corporate finance environments.
• Exhibit advanced proficiency in financial modeling, corporate valuation techniques, and advanced Microsoft Excel functions including VBA automation.
• Demonstrate certified or applied expertise in data visualization tools specifically including Power BI and Tableau for strategic business reporting.
• Showcase proven capability in process mapping and workflow optimization using Visio, Lucidchart, or comparable enterprise diagramming software.
• Maintain familiarity with enterprise resource planning frameworks such as SAP and Oracle, alongside agile tracking tools like Jira and Asana.
