Job Description

What role will you play in the team: As a Strategic Planning & Process Improvement Specialist, you'll be instrumental in optimizing our client's operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives. You'll collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy.

What you will do: You will analyze current processes, conduct market research, and develop strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability. Your efforts will directly contribute to our client's competitive advantage in the market, through process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibility:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze performance, and propose solutions.
  • Create detailed process maps and documentation to facilitate understanding and implementation of changes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, making adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Develop strategic plans and roadmaps aligned with the client's overall business objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management, providing clear and concise reports.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate employees on new processes and technologies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, strategic planning, and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of market research tools and techniques.
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are a plus.

    Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
