What role will you play in the team

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will act as the crucial link between top-tier talent and our organizational goals. You will drive end-to-end recruitment life cycles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning requirements and deliver exceptional talent sourcing strategies that align with our rapid growth trajectory across various business verticals.

What you will do

You will proactively identify, engage, and secure passive and active candidates using advanced Boolean search strings and professional networks. Your daily routine involves screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, coordinating panel rounds, managing candidate experience, and negotiating competitive salary packages to ensure high conversion rates.

Key responsibility

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple requisitions concurrently, ensuring a seamless pipeline.
• Execute targeted candidate sourcing strategies utilizing job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
• Perform rigorous resume screening and candidate assessment against defined technical and behavioral competencies.
• Coordinate and schedule technical and HR interview rounds seamlessly with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and MIS reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Facilitate smooth salary negotiation and offer management while adhering to internal compensation bands.
• Drive employer branding initiatives during campus recruitment and lateral hiring drives.

• Coordinate background verification and reference checks for selected candidates prior to onboarding.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to understand evolving hiring needs and SLA expectations.
• Contribute to workforce planning and talent pipeline management for continuous organizational scaling.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruiting environments.
• Proficiency in utilizing Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various Indian job portals.
• Demonstrated expertise in candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management processes.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective candidate engagement.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with high attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Familiarity with HR operations, employee engagement, and onboarding best practices.

Your day begins by reviewing the daily recruitment dashboard and MIS reports to track open requisitions. You spend the morning executing Boolean searches on professional networks and screening newly arrived resumes. Post lunch, you conduct initial telephonic screenings, coordinate interview schedules with panel members, and hold status alignment meetings with hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies.
