What role will you play in the team

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our technical recruitment engine. You will bridge the gap between top-tier tech talent and our organizational goals by identifying, engaging, and securing high-caliber software engineering and IT professionals for our rapidly scaling business units across India.

What you will do

You will execute comprehensive full-cycle recruitment strategies using advanced Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals. Your daily routine will involve screening resumes, conducting rigorous initial phone screens, coordinating technical interviews with engineering managers, and managing candidate relationships to ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Key responsibility

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical skill requirements and draft precise job descriptions for software development roles.
• Source active and passive candidates through professional networking platforms, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and internal talent pipelines.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings focusing on technical proficiency, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate multi-stage interview schedules across various time zones and ensure seamless communication between panels and candidates.
• Manage end-to-end offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-onboarding formalities including background verification checks.
• 
  Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, applicant tracking system (ATS) hygiene, and daily MIS reporting on hiring progress.
• Drive employer branding initiatives during campus recruitment drives and lateral hiring events.
• Execute workforce planning strategies to reduce time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics significantly.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with demonstrated academic excellence.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment, end-to-end recruitment, and candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency in utilizing Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven negotiation skills regarding compensation packages, joining bonus, and notice period buyouts.
• Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and high attention to detail in tracking metrics.
• Familiarity with IT recruitment trends, software engineering stacks, and modern talent pipeline management methodologies.
