What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in our human resources department by driving end-to-end recruitment life cycles to attract top-tier talent. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will act as a primary brand ambassador, connecting skilled professionals with our dynamic organization while ensuring seamless talent pipeline management and exceptional candidate experiences throughout the entire hiring journey.

What you will do

You will actively partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs, execute precise boolean searches across various portals, conduct rigorous candidate screenings, coordinate multi-round interviews, and manage competitive offer negotiations. Additionally, you will leverage recruitment analytics and MIS reporting to optimize sourcing strategies and maintain compliance with internal HR operations.

Key responsibility

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for diverse operational and technical requirements across multiple business verticals.
• Design and deploy advanced candidate sourcing strategies utilizing Boolean search techniques and professional networking platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive resume screening and initial telephone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently between candidates, department leads, and senior stakeholders.
• Manage the candidate relationship management pipeline to ensure high engagement and low drop-off rates.
• Facilitate competitive salary negotiations and oversee formal offer management processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and generate detailed MIS reports for HR leadership review.
• 
  Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning and targeted talent pipeline management.
• Drive campus recruitment initiatives and participate in specialized bulk hiring drives when required.
• Ensure smooth background verification, reference checks, and comprehensive onboarding for all new hires.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related academic discipline.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 year of professional experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
• Proficiency in core HR skills including candidate screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong working knowledge of Boolean search strings and targeted talent sourcing methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with robust negotiation capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain strict attention to detail.
• Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and basic recruitment analytics principles.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
