What role will you play in the team

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on IT Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in driving our technical hiring engines forward. You will act as the primary bridge between top-tier tech talent and our dynamic engineering teams, ensuring we onboard individuals who not only possess exceptional coding and system architecture capabilities but also align seamlessly with our core cultural values and long-term vision.

What you will do

You will actively partner with engineering managers to decipher complex technical requisitions and translate them into actionable sourcing strategies. Your daily routine will involve executing advanced Boolean searches across professional networks, evaluating technical portfolios, conducting rigorous initial screening calls, scheduling multi-level technical interviews, and managing candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking Systems to reduce time-to-fill metrics.

Key responsibility

• Execute end-to-end recruitment life cycle operations specifically targeting specialized software engineering, DevOps, and data science roles.
• Utilize advanced Boolean search strings and X-Ray searches on LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized tech portals to source passive candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive initial candidate screening to evaluate both technical competencies and cultural alignment with the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth logistical execution and rapid feedback loops.
• Manage the candidate experience meticulously, providing timely updates, interview preparation resources, and maintaining high engagement levels.
• Handle offer management processes, including competitive salary negotiation, compensation benchmarking, and rolling out formal offer letters.
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and MIS reports using advanced Excel and ATS dashboards to track daily sourcing productivity.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategy refinement based on historical hiring analytics.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related academic discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in full cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and technical recruitment methodologies.
• Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and various Boolean search techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, active listening, relationship building, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and proficiency in multitasking within fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with HR operations, background verification processes, and campus recruitment drives.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical terminologies to effectively vet engineering talent.
• Proven time management skills with the ability to manage bulk hiring pipelines simultaneously without compromising quality.
