Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for our operations function. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in hiring field and operations talent, an established network across the industry, strong relationships with colleges, institutes, and staffing partners to build a continuous talent pipeline. They should be skilled in volume hiring, market mapping, workforce planning, employer branding within the operations ecosystem, and improving joining to retention ratios while partnering closely with business leaders to meet aggressive hiring targets.

What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the complete hiring lifecycle for Operations and Field workforce requirements across locations, including roles such as Field Support Technicians, Field Sales Executives, Hub Success Managers, Operations Executives, Service Engineers, Fleet Operations, and other frontline support roles, ensuring timely closures without compromising quality.
2. 
   Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through industry networks, referrals, ITIs, polytechnic colleges, vocational institutes, staffing partners, local communities, and innovative sourcing channels.
3. Develop long-term hiring partnerships with educational institutions and training organizations to create a continuous talent supply.
4. Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and talent intelligence to identify the best sourcing strategies for operational roles.
5. Drive hiring campaigns, walk-in drives, campus recruitment, referral programs, and local hiring initiatives to improve hiring efficiency.
6. Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce planning, forecast hiring needs, and proactively build talent availability.
7. Improve recruitment metrics including time to hire, offer acceptance, joining ratio, and early-stage retention through effective candidate engagement and quality hiring.
8. Strengthen EMO's employer brand within the operations talent ecosystem and create scalable hiring processes for rapid business growth.
9. Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, business priorities, and hiring timelines, translating them into effective recruitment strategies.

What We're Looking For:

1. 4-8 years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, EV, Automotive, or Field Workforce recruitment.
2. Demonstrated success in hiring blue/grey collar, technician, field service, warehouse, logistics, and operational leadership roles.
3. Strong network across operations talent pools, staffing vendors, ITIs, polytechnic colleges, vocational institutes, and industry communities.
4. Expertise in market mapping, talent pipelining, high volume hiring, and alternative sourcing strategies.
5. Strong understanding of workforce behavior, candidate engagement, offer conversion, and retention drivers.
6. Self-driven, highly resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with complete ownership of hiring outcomes.
