What role will you play in the team

What you will do

You will collaborate closely with academic institutions, hiring managers, and internal HR business partners to execute seamless campus recruitment drives. Your day-to-day efforts will focus on implementing structured evaluation frameworks, coordinating pre-placement talks, administering assessment tests, conducting resume screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment operations for large-scale graduate hiring programs.

Key responsibility

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end campus recruitment campaigns across major educational institutions in India.
• Execute advanced candidate sourcing and Boolean search techniques to identify top-tier entry-level talent.
• Perform meticulous resume screening and initial candidate screening to evaluate eligibility and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview schedules, panel allocations, and logistical arrangements for high-volume recruitment drives.
• Manage candidate relationship management processes to ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to determine hiring quotas, job descriptions, and workforce planning targets.
• Utilize recruitment analytics and MIS reporting tools to track conversion rates and evaluate campus ROI.
• Facilitate offer management, salary negotiation, and onboarding formalities for selected graduate candidates.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related academic discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in campus recruitment, bulk hiring, and talent sourcing methodologies.
• Proficiency in candidate screening, resume screening, interviewing techniques, and assessment coordination.
• Strong working knowledge of HR tools, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment analytics platforms.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
