What role will you play in the team

You will act as the brand ambassador and principal hunter within our Human Resources team, driving proactive candidate sourcing campaigns and building compelling employer branding narratives. You will leverage advanced Boolean search techniques and digital networking platforms to identify specialized talent. Additionally, you will coordinate campus recruitment drives, manage candidate relationships, and utilize recruitment analytics to optimize our sourcing channels and enhance overall market visibility.

Key responsibility

• Deploy advanced Boolean search strings and multi-channel sourcing strategies to uncover top-tier talent across competitive markets.
• Manage end-to-end candidate pipeline management, screening incoming resumes, and maintaining robust talent pools for future requirements.
• Spearhead innovative employer branding campaigns across digital channels, social media networks, and professional forums.
• Coordinate and execute structured campus recruitment events, industry job fairs, and institutional outreach programs.
• Track recruitment analytics to evaluate conversion rates of various sourcing channels and formulate data-driven optimization strategies.
• Nurture strong candidate relationships, ensuring positive candidate experience and high conversion ratios from initial touchpoint to offer stage.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with specialized certifications in Talent Sourcing or Digital Recruitment.
• Demonstrated mastery of Candidate Sourcing, Talent Sourcing, Boolean Search, and Resume Screening.
• Working knowledge of Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment, Candidate Relationship Management, and Candidate Experience.
• Superior communication and storytelling skills combined with exceptional negotiation and networking abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized sourcing extensions, and recruitment analytics dashboards.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, creative problem-solving acumen, and persistent attention to detail.
