What you will do

You will design intricate event-driven workflows utilizing visual automation tools and custom programmatic scripts. Your daily tasks involve setting up complex webhook listeners, configuring multi-step branching logic, deploying autonomous AI agents capable of multi-turn reasoning, and ensuring seamless API communication between CRM systems, databases, and generative language models to drive end-to-end task execution without human intervention.

Key responsibility

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows connecting diverse SaaS applications and internal databases.
• Configure and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of executing multi-step business logic and handling dynamic exceptions.
• Integrate third-party APIs, webhooks, and custom script modules to extend native platform capabilities.
• Implement robust error-handling mechanisms, retry policies, and logging systems within all automated pipelines.
• Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of orchestration flows to guarantee high reliability and minimal execution latency.

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze operational workflows and identify high-impact automation opportunities.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a relevant quantitative discipline.
• Proven expertise in utilizing visual automation and orchestration platforms for enterprise workflow creation.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON payloads, webhooks, and secure authentication protocols.
• Experience configuring autonomous agent frameworks and connecting them to Large Language Models.
