Operations Executive - Lending

What role you will play in team: You'll be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of our lending department, ensuring smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.

What you will do: You will handle various operational tasks related to loan applications, disbursement, and repayments, working closely with other teams to provide excellent service.

Key responsibility:

• Manage the entire loan processing workflow.
• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of loans.
• Monitor loan repayments and collections.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Resolve client queries and complaints.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0-1 years of experience in operations or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
