Role Overview:
The Business Consultant - ERP will work closely with clients to analyze their business processes, understand system requirements, and design optimized ERP solutions using platforms such as NetSuite, Zoho, Odoo, SAP, or similar.
The role involves business requirement gathering, process mapping, ERP configuration support, stakeholder communication, and driving successful ERP implementation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Engage with clients to understand business processes, pain points, and ERP requirements.
- Conduct detailed process analysis and propose ERP-driven improvements and automation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, and solution documents.
- Support ERP solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution development and customization.
- Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption.
- Develop business process documentation, SOPs, and system usage guidelines.
- Assist in managing multiple ERP projects, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
- Provide functional support during go-live and stabilization phases to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for continuous improvements.
Required Skillsets:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business processes and recommend ERP solutions.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Zoho, Odoo, SAP, or similar.
- Strong understanding of finance concepts, accounting workflows, and business operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions and requirement gathering.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience in ERP implementation, consulting, or business analysis roles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- Proficiency in preparing documentation including BRD, FRD, process flows, and user guides.
- Strong client management skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure customer success.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
