Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Area Sales Manager.
- The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the designated area.
- Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships with healthcare providers, leading sales teams, analyzing market trends, and providing regular performance reports to management.
- The role requires strong collaboration with both internal stakeholders and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
Qualifications:
- Proven skills in Sales and Business Development within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Account Management.
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret market trends and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
- Experience in healthcare industry/SAAS B2B sales is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
