Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Engineer / Business Development Manager to support and expand sales and marketing activities for a specialist contracting organization in the UAE. This role suits a driven professional with strong experience in construction business development and client engagement.
Role Overview:
You will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market presence through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners
• Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
• Support marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and brand visibility
• Lead or support the business development team as required

Get Hired

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 58 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of the UAE construction market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/marketing tools
• English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage
